Furnished Room for Rent

Looking for the right person the share our beautiful home with. A responsible female, preferably working outside of the home. Someone who respects the home as if it's theirs, no pets, no smoking inside and also don't wear shoes inside. The room comes with a queen sleigh bed, chest and one night stand. The house is fully furnished and you will have full access: Kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, bbq, and backyard. You will have the spare bathroom so it's shared with guests at times. No couples please, the occasional overnight guest are OK. The second occupant is a college student. Neighborhood is located 9 miles from the beach. About 10 min away from the 78 freeway/76 highway in a quiet community.
