Remodeled Condo Near Beach 2 Rooms

I am looking for 2 males, 2 females, or a married couple to rent out the other half of my condo. Located about a mile from the beach, near the pier in oceanside. I have 2 rooms and a shared bathroom available in a 3 bed 2 bath condo. New floors, kitchen, bathroom, and mostly new appliances. There is a large pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, and small gym close by in the complex.

I'm a single electronics design engineer looking for other professionals in their 's who are clean and easy-going. I dont spend a lot of time at home because I'm usually at work or out spending time with friends/family. I'm Christian and enjoy having a clean and quiet place on weekdays, but always down to grab a drink and hang out on the weekends.
