Looking to share ocean view condo; private bedroom

Hello— I’m looking for a clean, responsible, reliable roommate to share my spacious ocean view condominium on Cass st., in Pacific Beach.

You’d get your own private bedroom with spacious closets, private bathroom, private secure off street parking, and endless, sweeping ocean views from your room.
There is also a swimming pool, and a secure bike corral.

Additionally, we have some really interesting neighbors, so there’s plenty of people to make new friends with, if you want.

You can walk to everything— all the coffee shops, bars, beach, & the best restaurants.

The ideal roommate would need to be employed (you *must* earn at least 2.5x the monthly rent in verifiable income), and hopefully be a fairly easygoing individual.

About me: I just turned 51, (though I *feel* a lot more like 39- so here’s to all the kids born in the 1970’s & ‘80’s), a former Oracle database administrator, I like things like contemporary art, science, surfing, architecture, & Burningman.
I had recently spent much of my time rehabbing a house in the neighborhood.

I had moved to San Diego fairly recently as well, and I’d probably get along well with anyone in tech, healthcare, finance, law, pilots or flight attendants, traveling nurses, consultants or sales, etc., but it’s not an absolute requirement.
We’re absolutely LGBTQ friendly; we value your privacy, and safety here, so absolutely *no* creeps are allowed.

About you: The ideal roommate would be:
* Employed, and fully comfortable with a budget of at least 2.5x the rent.
* Drug free.
* A platonic female roommate with a male dog, because it’s just energetically easier— I’d probably want to love all over him, but again, not an absolute requirement.
* The unit is partially furnished (though you must provide your own bedding, because that’s a fairly personal item)— so hopefully you are likewise traveling light, and thus, wouldn’t require having to store lots and lots of items that simply won’t match or fit well.
* Ideally, I’d just like to meet someone who might like to save a little bit of money on housing, and so, might like to stay longer term if we are a good fit.
…So, we’d probably want to meet up at least a few times, if possible, so that both of us would feel comfortable beforehand.
