Hi Everyone
One of our roommates is moving out so we are looking for another female to move in mid May. We currently live in Pacific Beach in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath apartment near the 5. We love being able to get in and out of PB in minutes while still being less than 10 minutes to the beach. Rent is $1,580 for the Master Bedroom with your own bathroom. Utilities cost between $100-$150 a month.
Security deposit is $1,500 and you would need to fill out an application to be approved by our landlord. Hes been great and is very responsive whenever we need him.
We are both 26 and moved from Phoenix so we are still fairly new to San Diego. I work in the office everyday and my roommate works hybrid so we aren't home most of the day during the week. On the weekend we enjoy working out, being by the beach, going out and trying new restaurants but also love a chill night in. We are looking for someone who shares similar interests and will respect and keep the common areas clean.
