Looking for a roommate to fill a bedroom in our (3 bed/2 bath) house located north of Garnet off of Lamont and right in the middle of PB. Just a few blocks from Vons/Trader Joe’s and a 20 min walk to the beach! Room is 13ft x 11ft. Washer and dryer in garage (with room for storage), front and backyard as well as two designated parking spots. House is already fully furnished beside bedroom.

My roommate Kevin and I are two chill and active guys who work full time and are out of the house a lot. We are looking for someone that has a similar situation. I work in the service industry/bar scene in Coronado/PB and Kevin is a teacher/coach during the week/end.

We are in the hunt for someone who is Male, mellow, clean, respectful and doesn’t work from home. During the week we are pretty low key. And on the weekends we like to go out to the bars, beach, concerts, Padres games and have fun but we try not to bring the party back home with us. Rent would be $1,050/month +utilities cable/internet/water/SDG&E (usually an additional $130 month) as well as a $900 security deposit. Looking for 1 year lease. We are looking for someone to be ready to move in June 15th. We would prorate your rate for that month. You will need proof of income/credit check with our landlord. We love animals but unfortunately no pets allowed.
