All roommates like a clean house and are responsible people. Not a party house, but we do enjoy BBQ's, sports, etc.
We are all non-smokers. Looking for professional or student; male or female. Financially responsible. Only one person/room. No working out of this house. No SMOKERS (any kind), No drugs. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
The deposit is $750. (Move-in is about $2150). Utilities extra $110/ mo. (SDGE, water, internet, washer/drier, fireplace, plus ++)
