I currently have a one 10x11 furnished room available. August 1 there will be availability of a slightly larger room 11x12, rent $1050.00.
All utilities included. Views, full use of kitchen, living spaces, patio/yard, laundry. Hiking trails behind home. I have two dogs here, one a new rescue, other 14 yo. On occasion I do board additional dogs.
Outdoor smoking will be considered.
Other roommate is a nanny and is gone 2/3 of the time. She is leaving mid July. Sharing a good size bathroom should not be a problem for most.
References are necessary as well as verification of income. Thank you.
