I live in a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. It is approximately 1,100 square feet.

It is very conveniently located off the 15 freeway. Close to 56-Ted Williams Parkway and 10 minutes from the 78. It is located in North County San Diego. It's about 25 miles to downtown San Diego.

It is close to Hewlett-Packard, NCR, GDE Systems, Unisys, Siemens, Sony, BAE, and SAIC, Millennium Health, General Atomics, Sysco, Nexsan Technologies, Housecall Pro, TaylorMade Golf Company, Welk Resort Group, EDF Renewable Energy, ViaSat, Thermo Fisher Scientific Partners, Raken Inc. Broadcom, Microsoft, Renovate America, Teradata, LSI Corporation, ASML, Northrop Grumman and Amazon

4-S Ranch, Rancho Santa Fe, Escondido, and Penasquitos.

It is right next to North County Fair mall and almost walking distance to grocery stores etc. It is also close to a MTA bus station as well.

About 1/2 hr from the beach. About 10 minutes to the 78 and 56. If you not from this area please let me know as I would be more then happy to explain the area.

All the appliances are stainless steel. Full size washer and dryer are inside the unit.

The unit is located in the back of the complex so it is VERY QUIET FOOT TRAFFIC ONLY

There are 2 swimming pools (heated) a jacuzzi (conveniently located about a 15 second walk from front door) small gym and tennis court.

The grounds are kept immaculate and is in a park like setting.

Pine trees and lots of plants.

You will have your own assigned open parking space and private FULL bathroom.

A little about me. I am self employed with 2 jobs and always VERY BUSY! I am constantly traveling for work and play.

I am a very energetic, single, friendly, neat and organized hard working entrepreneur. I am a Professional Organizer so I want a CLEAN and NEAT roommate. I can't stress this enough.

You MUST have good credit, good credit is a MUST.

The unit is entirely furnished with an exception of YOUR bedroom and bathroom.

Your bedroom is 10 ft by 10 1/2

I DO NOT HAVE ANY EXTRA STORAGE SPACE NONE This includes a bike. Whatever you bring has to stay in your room.

This also means no dishes, silverware, small appliances, coffee pot toaster etc pots and pans. What ever you bring with you must keep in your room (you get the picture)

The style of the condo is light wood, contemporary. Think Italian or similar NOT country. The living room has vaulted ceilings and the fireplace is gas with crushed glass. Your bedroom has 1 small closet with double sliding french doors and adjustable shelves. The kitchen has just about every ot pan and gadget you can think of. Feel free to cook all your meals but don't forget to clean up afterwards. I also have a TV, bluetooth stereo and a blueray DVD player in the living room and LARGE size washer and dryer that you are more then welcome to use ANYTIME. :o) It also has an alarm system as well.

I have Spectrum internet and Direct TV. I am a biiig baseball fan so when I am home I am usually watching on TV.

No discount's on utilities if you don't watch TV or if you dont have a computer.

You MUST share with keeping our place clean. This includes vacuuming and occasionally mopping the kitchen floor and taking out the trash or you will be charged a minimum of $50 monthly cleaning fee if you do not clean.

I will NOT clean up after you and when I'm gone I want to come home to a CLEAN condo.
