I’m in a beautiful 2 bed/2 bath first floor apartment with outstanding views and privacy. There is a great vibe, fast WiFi, and a very chill progressive current resident. That would be me. The bedroom offered is good size, has an outstanding queen size bed, nice private full bathroom, walk in closet, large dresser, night stands, and a 55” Samsung flat screen tv with YouTube TV streaming.
I am an intelligent honest gentleman, with a fun edge, living my life with light and love. I wake up happy and positive every morning and hopefully you do as well. I am a light daily drinker, fun, funny, reasonably organized, and completely respectful and discreet.. I have a few friends who visit periodically, but everyone is chill, respectful, and the volume is never out of line. If being around people drinking and light safe partying makes you uncomfortable, we won’t be a good match.
The apartment community has plentiful parking, low traffic, plus a clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi, and tennis courts next to our building.
