You would share bathroom with one male tenant and the half bath would be available for your use as well. One tenant per room. (No couples/kids, sorry.) Rent is $780 per month with a $780 initial deposit. $50 application fee. Credit/background check required. No minimum score required. Criminal history does not necessarily prevent qualification. I'm open to a reasonable explanation for an imperfect record. Proof of income and references required. Rent includes all utilities, except wi-fi. Wi-fi access can be purchased for $20/month. No pets.
