Renting out an unfurnished bedroom with a shared bathroom/toilet/shower) out of a house in the beautiful Rancho del Rey area of Chula Vista, CA. House/room are in close proximity to freeways, restaurants, retail outlets, hospitals, schools and military bases. Looking for a mature male, female or couple to reside with some existing family members; landlords residing off-site; family member will be acting property manager in our absence. No smoking & no drugs please. Asking for tenant who is responsible and can pay monthly rent & utilities on time. Tenant will have access to the living room, kitchen, backyard/deck areas and washer and dryer in the garage.
