1 master bedroom in a 2bd/2.5ba townhome

Hello! My name is Tiffany and my roommate will be relocating this summer. Available at the mid July/beginning of August is your own master bedroom in a townhouse that is 2 stories with 2 master bedrooms upstairs. There is a half bathroom downstairs, one car garage, washer and dryer, panel flooring throughout the house, and a semi private back patio.
While I’ve furnished most of the home with big ticket items, your bedroom is unfurnished. I am happy to negotiate furnishing your room if it is needed.
As for the ideal roommate, cleanliness, respect, and friendliness are key! Bonus points if you’re a dog lover, as I have a small dog who occasionally shares the space. While I adore pets, I’m not currently looking to add any more to the mix.
I would love to make sure that we are a right fit for each other prior to moving in. I believe in open communication, mutual respect, and creating a home that feels welcoming and relaxing.
