Private room for one female in quiet home/neighborhood in San Diego. I work from home so looking for someone that works or goes to school outside home. Rent includes utilities, high speed internet, light kitchen, and limited use laundry. Respectfully share main bathroom mainly with one other person. Plenty of street parking.. no party, no guests. on the border of La Mesa and El Cajon near Lake Murray, Cowles Mountain, Mission Trails Regional Park. Quiet , walkable area. Restaurants, and stores within walking distance. Routes 115 and 854 one block away going to SDSU and Grossmont College, downtown and beaches. Green and Orange trolley lines within walking distance (20 min)
