Room for rent in South Park, San Diego

Hello, I'm looking for someone to take over my portion of a month-to-month lease for a small bedroom in a three-bedroom house. It's located in South Park near Balboa Park. The other two bedrooms have one person each. At any time when you want to leave, you just need to find a replacement renter (like I?m doing). This is rented from Melroy Property Management. The house has a living room, spacious kitchen, dining room, back deck, and storage room with washer and dryer. Your bathroom is shared with one of the two other tenants. An assigned parking space is included.

$770 plus utilities monthly, with a $700 refundable security deposit. Only service animals are allowed, with a doctor's letter. Please contact me with any questions!
