My name is Dan and I am 29 and have a room for rent in the La Vita apartments in Little Italy. Its a 2 bed 2 bath with 2 balconies and pretty spacious overall. The living room is furnished but the bedroom is unfurnished. The complex has a gym and a pool and the unit comes with your own underground parking space. It's an absolutely prime location and walking distance from everything in Little Italy and close enough to downtown.

I am pretty easy going, laidback and social. Want somebody similar, who keeps place pretty clean and takes good care of the place.

I am open to a shorter term lease and more than glad to chat about myself or the living situation and answer any questions.
