I am looking for a reliable, and mellow roommate to take over the 2nd bedroom: you will have your own bathroom and use of the kitchen. I ask that you be clean, and respectful. Rent includes washer/dryer, and all utilities. Street parking is not an issue. I do work 6am to 2pm during the week so I am up early but quiet. I love going out on weekends with my friends and relax.
