-Furnished common spaces / partially furnished room if desired
-Apartment doesn’t pets allowed

The move in date can be extended since the priority is compatibility - someone mindful and on the cleaner and quieter end of the spectrum would be a better match.

I'm usually in bed by 10:30pm so someone with a similar schedule would also probably be ideal. Huge plus if you’re vegan or have a mindfulness practice of some sort.
