Hi, this is a fully furnished shared room (meaning you will have a roommate in your bedroom) in a college apartment near SDSU! The lease term would be now through end of July. You’ll have 5 lovely roommates and share a very large and spacious bedroom and bathroom with one other girl. Rent is $728 plus some other small fees ~$20, not including electricity.
