Description
We have a room for rent close to San Diego State University. The room will be ready February 1, 2024. The room is fully furnished, includes utilities, wifi, and your own refrigerator/freezer. You also have your own private entrance with a small patio/outdoor area to sit and relax with a cup of coffee or tea. Bathroom and kitchen is shared with other residents in the house. There is plenty of on street parking in our neighborhood. We recently renovated the fully fenced backyard to include a furnished deck, charcoal barbecue and firepit that you are welcome to use for guests or to enjoy the beautiful view for some peace and quiet.
