I take pride in keeping shared areas tidy. After using them, I promptly clean up after myself by washing dishes and organizing my belongings. Responsibility for cleaning the rented bedroom and bathroom falls upon the tenant. However, I expect the kitchen, if utilized, to be left spotless—no dishes left in the sink, and the stove cleaned after use.

Utilities such as electricity, gas, and internet are all included in the rent.
