My roommate had an unfortunate family emergency. I'm looking for a new roommate.
-the apartment is 2 bed, 2 bath, reserved parking spot, common access washer/dryer, outdoor patio, good kitchen and living space.
-you can bring your stuff as the living room is minimally furnished.
-you will have a master bedroom (unfurnished) with private bathroom and big walk-in closet, parking spot is all yours,
-1355/month +cox and sdge (around $120/month split between roommates), water is split between all units and billed bi-monthly
-pretty quiet complex and safe neighborhood.
-I am a 34, working 9-5. Looking for someone responsible, respectful, easy to get along with.
-I have a cat, other animals are not considered
-Am looking for someone to apply latest the second week of May.. You will have to apply to the property for them to do a background check.
