Rent includes a utilities allowance of $100/month for basic needs. The
other tenants have a utility allowance as well that pays for water,
sewer, gas and electricity.
This is a private master bedroom and bathroom for one person to rent
in a single family house.
If you move an extra tenant in the same room, that would raise the
monthly rent and deposit 50% higher.
Example: So two people in the room would have to pay $1725.00 per
month rent and the deposit would be the same.
