Small-medium room with bathroom in college area

My boyfriend and I have a spare room in a quiet complex near SDSU, with a pool and hottub! We both work 8-5, and are active gym rats so we are typically out of the house 8-7. Then we cook and watch a show. We’re pretty routine, but we like to get out on the weekends, as well. Bounce about and shop or go out to dinner. We’re looking for someone chill and clean! :) the pictures are of the furniture not in the room! The room is the blurry screenshots I added from the video I took when moving in, lol. It has linoleum wood style floors and white walls with a French door closet.
