Looking for a roommate to sign a lease at an apartment in Cortez Hill in downtown San Diego. You would have your own room with your own disconnected bathroom. We have a washer and dryer in unit. We don't have an extra parking spot, we could rotate and share the one spot every other week for each rommate. We would prefer someone without a car and if you don't have a car the trolley is a less than 10 minute walk!
We are looking for someone that is a dog lover and the person will be okay with the one dog living already in the apartment.
