We are a married young couple looking for a roommate to help cover expenses. This is a three-floor apartment complex with green areas; the neighbors are quiet. It is a 10-minute walk to the 70th St. trolley station and a 3-minute walk to gas stations/convenience stores. The private bedroom and bathroom are all furnished, including a TV and closet. There is an indoor washer and dryer. The shared kitchen includes a microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Our ideal roommate is clean, easygoing, and dog-friendly. No visitors allowed. Utilities not included (gas and WiFi).
