I have a 3 bedroom townhome/condo with three stories. It’s located in North Park and is walkable from grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. It’s very close to the 163 and the 805.
I have one room available for rent:
Downstairs bedroom: This room is on the first floor by itself and is furnished with a bed (which can be removed for leases of 6 months+). It has a private bathroom. Garage parking spot included.
Common area: The second floor has the kitchen, living space, and balcony/patio with grill. In-unit washer and dryer is on the third floor. The garage can fit two sedans.
Tenants split internet and water/sewage. I have solar panels and cover the electricity up to $150 per month, the remainder is split amongst the tenants (the bill has not gone over $150/month so far).
Looking for tenants who will be clean and respect the other tenants and my home.
