Room 5 is available April 1st - furnished with 2 twin-XL beds (can be combined to make a king bed), 2 desks and chair - room can be shared by 2 people ($1,500 +$100 / mo for 2nd person)

My mom lives in the master bedroom. Other rooms are occupied by young working professionals. Looking for responsible and clean working students or young professionals.
