Furnished private room San Marcos (pref female)

A furnished, private room is available now. It's a 5 bdrm 3 bath home in a quiet, family, gated neighborhood. We're w/in walking distance of Palomar College. Cal State San Marcos also is nearby along w/multiple specialty training schools. There's the bus hub at Palomar College and the Sprinter w/in less than 1 mile. The house is kept clean and organized. Parking spots are available w/in the gates w/permit provided, or otherwise there's spaces available outside of the gates. The full bathroom is "semi-private" <only in the manner of quite *minimal usage if at all*, of a few times a day but respected as yours in whole> There's full access to share the kitchen as well as the dishes etc. It's near many options of shopping and restaurants (being a huge plus of the location).
We're two seniors, an adult daughter and a female roommate. We're quiet, low key, very friendly and welcoming. We have beautiful, relaxing bkyrd w/views of the valley. We enjoy mostly just hanging out at home, cooking, watching sports/tv/movies etc., doing projects, or own necessities. Just whatever's easy going for the day. We're pretty routine. Respect for the home in keeping it clean, cleaning up after yourselves and respect for others is a must. We're looking for someone that is respectful of others, communicates, and uses common decency to interact. We respect individual space and your alone time. We're looking for someone w/no children, no visitors and no pets. No excessive drinking and no illegal drugs.
