Private Suite with Front Entrance, Walk-in Closet

This private suite includes a 12x13 bedroom with ceiling fan. It is furnished with dresser drawers, nightstand, and a queen bed, but can be unfurnished if desired. The suite includes a private bathroom with shower, and a walk-in closet. A parking spot is provided on the driveway, just outside the front entry to the suite’s hallway. I will be equipping it with a small refrigerator/freezer, and a microwave. A small portable washer/dryer will also be provided for use. Utilities and internet are provided.

I am the owner of the property and it is my personal residence, whew I live with my two indoor cats. It is a fairly new home, just five years old, conveniently located in the Southwest corner of San Marcos, just blocks from Vista and the Bressi Ranch/Carillo Hills area of Carlsbad. There is easy access to the 78 Freeway (Sycamore and Rancho Santa Fe exits, and a multitude of nearby shopping and places to eat. Palomar College and CSU San Marcos are only a few minutes away.

I recently retired from owning a home health agency and now focus on my career as a part-time musician.. I am a generally laid back, patient and quiet person, who tries to be considerate and kind to others, and expects similar treatment. When I owned my health care company, I dealt with many stressful situations from employees and their clients on a daily basis, so I’m looking for someone who is calm, quiet, respectful, considerate, and low drama..

My two cats are the most important beings in my life, and their safety is my utmost concern — they never go outdoors.
