San Elijo Hills, furnished room to rent

Hi there!
Renting out my guest room in Solaire, San Elijo Hills. A great community with lots of fun events going on, a gorgeous pool area with jacuzzi. BBQ grills and fire-pit. Centrally located at the bottom of San Elijo Hills, walking distance to the new La Costa Town Square. Surrounded by thirty miles of walking trails, waterfalls and a nature preserve.
The room is in a fully renovated townhouse, it comes furnished (or unfurnished) with its own private full bathroom with tub and shower. You’ll have complete access to the entire home, full size washer and dryer and a brand new kitchen.

I’m a single mother (mid-40’s) with a 21 y/o son. He attends CalPoly and lives on campus, he comes home for school breaks and occasional weekends. Most of the time I live alone so I’d love to find someone cool, who could even end up being a friend, for a long term situation. Fluffy indoor cats live here so you need to be a cat person, unfortunately no other pets allowed.
