Hi! My name is Courtney. I am the owner of this property and I am looking to rent my second spare bedroom out to someone who is courteous of noise level, clean, kind and reliable. You will have full access to the kitchen and designated pantry space, as well as space for your own dishes, utensils and cups. You may use my pots and pans, Nespresso Vertuo+ (pods not provided) and mini keurig. I am slowly working on furnishing my new home.

I am a working professional. I love going to the gym, reading, doing arts and crafts and going to church. I am relatively quiet, non-smoker, non-drinker. I provide 1 monthly dinner.

You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 female student. She’s very clean, polite, and kind.
