Shared townhouse with furnished bedroom

I am looking for a responsible working adult to rent a room in my 2 story, 4 bedroom/2 bath townhouse in Santee. The townhouse is off Magnolia in Santee and is close to the freeway, shopping, dining and trolley. You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom as well as shared access to the living room, dining room, renovated kitchen and game room. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, tv stand and small tv. You are welcome to use the furniture or bring in your own. I have a washer and dryer in a closet on the back patio. There is a pool on site with easy access from the front door. All utilities (HOA, water, gas & electric, trash, and internet) and a partially covered parking space directly behind my unit are included. No pets but you must like dogs as I have a very sweet and friendly 2 year old dog. Please message me if you are interested or have any questions.
