- Master bedroom (around 12*15) in a 3bd/2.5 townhouse
- Rent 1350 + utilities
- Security deposits is one month rent
- Location: 9633 West Canyon Terrace
- Permit parking, driveway (with coordination), and plenty street parking available
- In unit washer and laundry
- Community pool, tennis courts, jacuzzi, gym
- 10 min drive to SDSU, 10-15 min drive to USD, 20 min drive to UCSD
- Close to Mission Valley, Fashion Valley, Convoy, Downtown
- Walkable distance to Walmart and Vons

You should reach out if you are:
- Female or female identifying, age 22-35
- Credit score over 675 and proof of income
- No smoking, no pets, no kids, no shoes in the house (carpet areas)
- Compatible with our current cleaning schedule and share chores
- Gatherings are fine but no parties
- Quite hour after 10:30 on weekdays
- Communicate ahead about overnight guests
- Preferably work onsite or hybrid
