Rent is 975 and deposit is 975, utilities not included. The lease is month to month. The house has a spacious living room, kitchen and backyard with a garage. There is a washer/dryer available and 2 refrigerators for use. It's close to the Snapdragon Stadium in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There is plenty of safe street parking available directly outside the house. Tenants are myself, a 31 year old professional with my 6 year old dog, and one other gal who is also a young working professional with a hybrid schedule. We both keep a very peaceful, serene environment with few visitors.
