200 sqft Loft Style Room in Sorrento Valley

I have a large loft for rent in a 2500 sqft house located in Sorrento Valley for students and/or professionals. There are friendly dogs (golden and labradoodle) that roam the house. No additional pets are allowed.

We are professionals with various interests that include hikes, mountain biking, skiing, travel, foodie and yoga. We each clean up after ourselves, respect each others privacy and keep the noise levels down. Occasionally, the Landlord has dinner parties that the Tenants may participate in. Two of us like to cook our meals while the others generally order out or have prepared meals delivered to the house.

There is easy access to major freeways (805, 5, 56, and 15). The home is close to many activities (within 10 minutes) such as the beach, shopping, restaurants, UCSD, hiking trails, QualComm buildings, and mountain biking.
