Hi I am business professional who works from home, I am 55 year old woman with a large 3 bedroom home. I have little rescue dog whose very well educated so as you can understand I cannot have another pet in the house. I enjoy cooking so we would share space in the kitchen and of course the laundry room when its time to do laundry. The back portion of the home is where I mostly reside, I have my office, living space and gathering area for friends when they stop by and visit. I am quiet and respectful of people's space and privacy. I am social and friendly and enjoy living a positive life style.

Abouth the space...this is a lovely fully furnished all-inclusive room with full access to the front portion of this private home sharing primarily the kitchen and laundry room with the owner. The large bedroom is attached to the main house, your space includes the pictured living room, dining room also a shared oversized bathroom with the Studio tenant. There are exterior cameras for security and exterior solar lighting for safety. Maximum Occupancy: 1 Person

The room rent includes: Queen Size Bed, Smart TV with subscriptions to (Hulu, Pluto, Netflix, and HBO), Wifi, Utilities, Trash, and Laundry Facility. The room has its own mini refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven with a coffee maker and cookware and dishes. The space has central air both heating and air condition with a ceiling fan. Porcelain tiled floors which are easy to clean and durable.

The rental is centrally located next to the 94 Freeway. With a car its a 10 minute drive straight into downtown San Diego. La Mesa is our neighboring city with 5 minute drive to downtown La Mesa. On foot, there is public transportation one long block away with a bus stop located on the corner of Bancroft and Kenwood. Bus 851 transports to the Spring Street Trolley. There is shopping close by in Casa de Oro located 2-1/2 miles away.
