2 sisters (27&23) looking for 2 roommates :)

My sister and i live in a 4 bd, 3 bath house in spring valley and are looking for 2 roommates to move in ASAP. We both work a lot and are pretty quiet when we are home. The room downstairs has its own bathroom and the room upstairs will share a jack and hill bathroom w me. The house was only built a couple years ago and we keep it as clean as possible. We are both very organized and neat. The house is fully furnished w a large shared living room, nice kitchen, and small backyard w fire pit and outdoor couch. The landlord also left a lot behind for us so we have plates, cups, pots and pans for shared use. The house is completely move in ready! Feel free to bring all your own furniture if you’d like but the room upstairs is furnished w a double bed and downstairs with a queen, both with headboards. You can move in ASAP but keep in mind the lease on the house ends in November, so perfect timing for people seeking 6/7 month lease.
