Roommate Wanted Immediately!!!

I live in a two bedroom two bath apartment. It's not perfect, but it's a pretty damn good apartment and I don't want to lose it. You'll never find another two bedroom two bathroom apartment in San Diego for this amount of money. Not only will you have your own bedroom and your own bathroom but your own parking space that no one else can use. Parking on the street is hectic.
You will also have free reign of the rest of department. Kitchen living room and dining room.
There is some furniture in the room left over from my last roommate, but you may choose not bit or use it and that's okay we can get rid of it.
The only real downside to this apartment is a few months ago our next door neighborhood is and I believe he brought with him some creepy crawlers. I have been on management for the last few months to please come out and take care of this but they have yet to do so. There's not a lot but there's enough. Try to get that taken care of ASAP.
Oh and one last thing, I have a small dog who's cool as fu**! Everyone loves him and he has the greatest personality ever. That being said, if you're not a dog lover or if you have an issue with dogs, then we may not be the perfect match. If you have a small dog yourself I do not mind you bringing the dog as long as there's no chance that it will attack my dog. Overall, department is pretty awesome. It has a few downsides but what place doesn't.
