Extra room and private bathroom in a 2 bed 2 bath

I have an extra room and private bathroom for rent. It is completely furnished, queen sized bed, desk, tv, and dressers. I am the owner and live there. I also have a dog. Geared more towards short term rentals but we can always discuss if it works out. I'd prefer no couples simply because the condo is kind of small, if really needed too we can discuss maybe an increase in the monthly rent. You must have renter's insurance while here.

I work a lot. When I'm home I'm relaxing with my dog or taking him out or sleeping. You are free to do whatever you want, within reason and common sense.
