About the property: 3 bed/2.5 bath with an extra room downstairs that is currently a craft room/office for person in the other room. There’s in unit laundry and a small patio. Two parking spaces are included but there is always parking available on the street and a lot of guest spots. We would split SDGE and wifi but water is covered. The complex also has a pool.
About me: My name is Emma, I’m 24 and I’m a mechanical engineer. I play volleyball two nights a weeks and hang out with friends on the weekend. I like to cook and find coffee shops and I would love to find roommates to hang out with and become friends :) Honestly I really like this condo and have no complaints. The property management is easy to work with and the neighbors are nice and quiet. Also there are some surprisingly good restaurants nearby.
