Room available in 4 bed/2.5 bath house

The room is unfurnished. Has a nice size closet. Bathroom is shared though there is also a half bathroom downstairs as well. We live in a beautiful area, perfect for walks or runs. Right next to a forest. We have 3 pools and 2 jacuzzis, right next to tennis courts and a basketball court. Lots of free parking! We do have pets, so must be okay with that and we won’t accept any more. Looking for females in there 20s preferably. We are all working professionals, and like to keep the house clean. There is a washer and dryer, dishwasher, patio.
