Hello!
My roomie is graduating early, so I’m seeking a female/fem roommate 4/9 for a single at my apartment near UTC! I’m a 4th year at UCSD who’s staying in San Diego after graduation.
-It’s near the 41 and takes 22-30 minutes total to get to UCSD by bus, 12 minutes by car.
-Walk in closet and private bathroom $1700 master bedroom, before utilities.
-In unit washer and dryer, pool+gym.
-Lease ends end of may, but I’m planning on renewing the lease.
-I have a cat, so someone who likes cats/doesn’t mind would be ideal
-In tandem parking space
If you’re looking for a double, feel free to message me; I think the space would be a bit small for a double but I could work out the details. I’d be the only other roommate in the apartment, and my current roommate will get pictures of the room soon. Feel free to message me and ask questions.
