Single Room Available 5 Minutes from UCSD

I’m looking for someone (preferably female) to sublet my room starting ~April 1st to August 31st. It is a 2bd/2ba with a loft located in La Jolla Garden Villas. You would be occupying a single room in the loft. It's really cool, walls & windows with blinds have been installed to make it a more private space. You’d be sharing the apartment with 3 other chill roommates (& a guinea pig! Sorry, no other pets) in the rooms downstairs. I've included (some silly) photos taken when the previous tenant moved out before me and included some photos while I'm currently moving.

*$1107 + utilities (usually ~ $30-40/month)

*2 parking spots for the apartment with guest parking available

*A couple bus stops away from UCSD campus, 5 minutes by car

*5 minute drive to both UTC and Trader Joe’s/Ralphs

*In unit kitchen, washer & dryer, and dishwasher

*Balcony access & outside storage closet

*Lots of natural light

*Amenities include pool and hot tub access

*No closet located in the room, but I have a clothing rack available to hang things up
