Room for Rent for Awesome Roommate!

I am renting out a room in the beautiful La Jolla UTC area. The room is a decent size, with space for a full bed and desk if needed. There is a large washer & dryer in the unit. Designated underground parking spot. Standard size functional closet. You get your own bathroom. Small but functional kitchen. The area is quite and peaceful. Right next to UCSD if you are a student, and the UTC mall. Trader Joe's and other amenities near by. Gym and sauna on the property. I am a professional woman looking for someone who is mature and a good communicator. This is a drama-free zone. I am also fair and easy to talk to. You would get half the kitchen and half of a hall closet for storage needs. No couples, no pets at this time, no drugs of any kind-including marijuana.
This is a peaceful place and I want to keep it that way. Looking for someone who is respectful and courteous, like me. Need someone who respects normal sleeping hours of 10pm-7AM, since I am a working professional.
