I have a private bedroom in a 2bd,1 bath available in La Jolla Colony Condos opening up in mid August. It’s an upper end unit with a view and in a quiet area of La Jolla. $1400 for rent and $100 for utilities which includes Wifi, Electricity, Gas, Water, and Trash. I’m a 27 year old male, would prefer someone who’s in college or a recent grad who is school/career focused.
Shared bathroom (own vanity area though)
No pets
Community pool and jacuzzi
Room is approximately 9’ x 12’
Condo is 900 sq/ft
You would have your own assigned parking spot
