Beautiful, spacious home gated community

There are three rooms that are open and available all big and spacious. The downstairs room is 1500 available with garage. Will be extra with the rent and have your own entryway if you want it. Also, the bathroom is downstairs in the washer and dryer is downstairs so you have all that access. The other two rooms are upstairs, are $1200 which are very big and spacious. Also, if you have a child that is a girl she can share the bathroom with my daughters bathroom all other roommates share the bathroom downstairs. We live in a gated community that was a very nice neighborhood that outlooks a golf course. It is five minutes away from Bates but farm. We are 10 minutes away from Valley view Casino in Harrahs Casino. You are 30 minutes away from the beach. You are 10 minutes away from a town called Escondido, which has a mall and other things to offer shopping as well. This is a very quiet community so if you are a busy person and love, a nice spacious home to come enjoy and to relax and this is the space for you . Also a very big backyard and I also have a basketball court and will be adding other things back there. So come and check out the place and we can meet and greet .If I feel like it’s a good vibe between us and a good fit for me and my daughter that is eight years old and then we can go from there and you guys can come check out the house and from there.
