Room for Rent in Vista (Dog in Home)

It’s a spacious home near the 78 highway and downtown Vista area. Currently not looking for coupled roommates, but respectable individuals, however, overnight guests are ok. Also not looking for pet owners currently. We have a dog in the home already. Utilities and all are included with the rent. Parking is a first come first served basis in the driveway but there’s plenty in our cul-de-sac street. I am pretty laid back, and so is my roommate. We’re both active duty military, & we’re pretty in and out for the most part, but we both chill at home sometimes.

Also, you’ll see a few cracks on the walls ceilings, so hopefully you don’t mind. It is a 2-story home, with all 4 rooms upstairs. and you can literally see the 78 highway from the backyard, as well as through the windows of the rooms. It is a shared bathroom, besides the one in my room, and there’s a half bath downstairs. I’m looking for those that will respect the home and the others who live in it, to include my dog.
So far the house is furnished with the following:
- washer/dryer in the garage
- dishwasher
- stovetop oven
- refrigerator

***each room has at minimum, a desk and queen-sized bed***

You are welcome to bring in your own furniture, and decorate however you want, if u would like to. I really don’t mind if you move things around. There is also plenty of room for storage in the garage, if needed. I don’t have cable, but I have Cox Internet to stream with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, & Disney+, etc. I am currently not looking for couples, or pet owners, rather CLEAN individuals, who will help maintain the house.

Rent is $1200.
Again, all utilities are included in rent.
