Rooms for Rent in Vista House

There are two rooms, a smaller one and a larger one for rent. Exceptionally large closets and big windows in each room. Renters have access to the whole house, which includes a large living and dining room, a kitchen with a lot of cabinet space, and lots of other closet space. Wood flooring covers the whole house. There is a nice front patio.

The almost 1 acre property sits on the quieter side of Vista near the 76 freeway. Access is managed by an automatic gate. Allows for 3 extra parking spaces under carports. There is a pool and large backyard. An enclosed garage with loft serves as a large storage area. An on site washer and dryer is provided for the occupants of the house, but there is also a nice laundromat about 5 minutes in to town.

The house has three bedrooms, one room is occupied by a male who is a military veteran. He is quiet and honestly, doesn’t leave his room much. He is into IT and spends a lot of time on his computer. He occupies the master bedroom, which has its own bathroom.

My husband Adam and I live in a separate dwelling on the property, I guess like a pool house kinda deal. We have a very friendly dog named Bo, and we like to be outdoors and play Dungeons and Dragons with our friends. We are in our 20s.

Extra costs to the house include utilities: water (~$15/mo), electric (~$120/mo) and Wi-Fi ($32/mo). Trash is paid for by landlord.
