1 Room for rent in Vista CA

Good sized room 1.3 miles/6 minutes away from down town Vista. Newly remodeled apartment not available until July 1st-mid July. Deposit only 500 and will hold the apartment for up to 2weeks. Only first month(1,213) trash, water and deposit(500) needed to cover move in. Safe area, nice neighborhood/neighbors, all rooms new hardwood floors. Balcony on upstairs along with the living room, dinning area, kitchen and second bathroom(half bathroom no shower upstairs). Rooms(2) on the bottom floor along with full bathroom(shower and restroom). Laundry mat on site takes card or quarters and larger washing machines 2 blocks away at privately owned laundry mat.

I currently live in the apartment complex I am advertising I will be moving units due to renovations. My current roommate will be moving else where so l am looking for a new roommate to move into new unit. Must be able to pay 1,213 a month plus water, trash(58.00) and a 1 time deposit required for moving in of 500. Proof of income needed total income must be a minimum of 2,500 a month to be approved by building owner. I am an assistant manger and I have 1 small dog and 2 bunnies all are friendly and love socializing. I spend most of my time working, spending time with my animals/friends, sleeping and eating. Lately have been working 10-12 hours a day so I’m busy a lot and am a pretty quiet person.
