Cozy master bedroom for rent with its own bathroom for your privacy, room will not be furnished will have to bring your own Funiture, the rest of the apartment is furnished all utilities will be included in the rent, rent can be negotiatable but that could mean you'd pay something in Utilities if a couple is interested in the room the price will he slightly higher, Per the apartment policy no smoking on the premises, would have to be outside the gate, we are looking for anyone who needs a room myself and the other roomate share a room so we can give anyone else the Master, Washer and dryer included we both work full time jobs both play games and watch TV and shows if your interested in the room give me a message or any other questions don't hesitate!
